I’m a personal trainer, nutritionist, and holistic health coach with over 9 years of experience helping clients both in person and online. My mission is to guide clients toward sustainable, enjoyable results that support their long-term health and wellness goals.
Specializations include but are not limited to: biohacking protocols, whole body integrative strength training, extreme weight loss, sport performance, pre/post natal, and more!
